Summer

I can't believe she is already 7 weeks old, time really does fly. Four kids is an adjustment and going places with all of them by myself is still stressful. Hopefully that will get better. Here is a week by week update of her in pictures. (It is so hard to take their pictures, she was either crying or not looking) On her birthday! Just over 1 week, in her nest!

Six weeks old! I just couldn't get a picture of her so here is her best one.

She is not sleeping through the night, bummer! She is finally starting to smile more, her eyes are becoming more normal. Within the last week you can actually tell she is looking at you. She likes to be held, tends to turn her head to the left all the time, won't take a bottle very easily yet (which she needs to do) and still looks more like a Burger then my side. She is growing fast which makes me sad since this could be the last one but there is no stopping that! We love her!

Spring Break

Last week was Spring Break and this is how we spent it. My parents were here the first few days of it so they were able to help me take the kids places. Monday: Decided to try Skate City. Probably won't be doing that again. First it was mobbed and second Taylor was the only one wanting to do it once we got the skates on the kids. Maddy sure wanted to try. So it was me and Taylor while the rest of the clan hung out in the van. Even he didn't last that long. Tuesday: Went to good ol' Chuck E Cheese. My kids love that place. Maddy especially likes the horse ride.

Wednesday: We had our old neighbor kids over and they played.

Thursday: Maddy's birthday. I tried taking all four to the park by myself but that wasn't a good experience. About 5 min after we were there Maddy had fallen and was bleeding from her nose and mouth. It was a bigger and busier park and I had taken my eyes off her for a min to check on the baby and moms were trying to figure out who she belonged to. So we headed home shortly after I got her cleaned up.

Friday: I took the two older kids and the baby to Disney on Ice. I had gotten tickets from a friend and she also watched Maddy for me. It was pretty good and the kids really enjoyed it. (Well after Taylor got over the fact we weren't going to the science museum then he enjoyed it).

Saturday: We did head to the zoo with some friends since it was in the 80's but that was mobbed too. Still fun though. We had a good week, glad that Taylor is back in school this week though.
